After recruitment, the new employees must undergo a training course that lasts for two weeks before being allowed to perform their duties at the eatery.

According to their official website, the restaurant was established with the aim of providing amazing services and great food while promoting the training and hiring of the disabled in the food service community.

It has always been a big challenge for people with hearing impairments to get a job because of their condition.
