Kipungani Explorer
Located on Lamu Island, Kipungani Explorer is one of the hotels owned by the Kenyatta family under Heritage Hotels Ltd.
The hotel features 13 spacious bandas situated at one end of Kipungani Bay. Each banda has an ocean-facing veranda furnished with local funzi sofas and chairs piled high with colourful cushions. Staying at Kipungani Explorer, the cheapest room goes for Sh115,000.

Samburu Intrepids Luxury Tented Camp
Located at the heart of Samburu land, Samburu Intrepids Luxury Tented Camp mainly caters to high-end guests. A single night costs an average of Sh500,000.
Mara Explorer & Mara Intrepids
Mara Explorer is another hotel owned by the Kenyattas and is located in the Maasai Mara. It is a favourite among bush adventurists. A night here costs at least Sh60,000.
Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp
Sitting on a 30,000-acre property on the western edge of Tsavo, Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp is another hotel owned by the Kenyatta family under Heritage Hotels Ltd.

It is set within the wilds of a conservancy adjacent to Tsavo West National Park. The camp offers luxury twin and double tents. Activities include children’s programmes, excursions to local landmarks, game drives, and stargazing.
Voyager Beach Resort
The Voyager Beach Resort in Mombasa City is another hotel run by the Kenyatta family. Categorized as a three-star resort, it is famous for its family entertainment and animation programmes.
The resort has three specialised restaurants and offers glass-bottom boat rides, a watersports centre, and “Weddings in Paradise” packages.
Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort
Located in Naivasha, Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort features an 18-hole golf course. It is another property owned by the Kenyatta family and is mainly favoured for political retreats.
