Former nominated senator Millicent Omanga has reacted to Raila Odinga’s harsh words towards Kenya Kwanza government amid the havoc caused by heavy rains across the country.

Taking to her social media accounts, the outspoken politician raised her concerns on why the Azimio la Umoja boss would question the government that is behind him in his quest for AU chairmanship.

This is as Raila Odinga urged the government to declare the flood crisis a national disaster. He also opposed President William Ruto’s decision to forcefully evacuate affected families from hotspots of floods.

In addition, the former Prime Minister Raila, claimed that some of Cabinet Secretaries are incompetent compared to those who served in Uhuru Kenyatta’s regime.

The heavy rains in the nation have resulted in loss of life and property within just several days and Raila coming out to slam the government that is supporting his bid for the AUC job has raised eyebrows.

Now, Omanga is seemingly not impressed by Raila’s remarks against an administration that has been pushing so hard for him to secure the AU chairmanship.

In the past few months, President William Ruto has toured several African countries popularizing Raila Odinga’s bid for the AUC chairmanship.
