Popular political strategist Pauline Njoroge has addressed Raila Odinga’s supporters following public concern about the health of the 80-year-old ODM boss. Her remarks came after days of growing public concern about Raila Odinga’s health and his prolonged absence from the public eye.
Posting on her social media accounts on Wednesday, October 8, Pauline revealed that she had spoken to the former Prime Minister over the phone and heard him laugh heartily.

The Jubilee Party official further stated that Odinga assured her that he is currently taking a short rest abroad and will be back in Nairobi very soon.
“Just talked to Baba, and he is in such high spirits. It was heartwarming to hear him laugh heartily, and he’s assured me that he will be back in Nairobi very soon after a little rest,” Pauline said in a Facebook post.
She went on to express her admiration for a few leaders, including Raila and former President Uhuru Kenyatta, stating that her respect for them goes beyond political affiliations.

“Before anyone asks, let me say this. There are leaders I will always hold in deep respect and affection, regardless of political alignments. Uhuru and Baba are right at the top of that list, among a few others,” she added.
Pauline Njoroge has in recent years become a loyal supporter of Raila Odinga, having backed him during his 2022 presidential bid. About a year ago, Raila appointed her to his AUC campaign team, further strengthening their relationship.
Despite belonging to different political camps, Pauline has remained vocal in her admiration for the ODM leader. Her recent concern over his whereabouts, amid speculation about his health issue, is yet another clear demonstration of that loyalty.
