President Ruto Announces 500,000 Jobs For Kenyans in Saudi Arabia

President William Ruto has now sent a huge message to unemployed Kenyans. 

While speaking during a church event in Lang’ata , the head of state revealed that Saudi Arabia has agreed to employ at least 500,000 Kenyans. 

Ruto further said that the employment opportunities in Saudi Arabia won’t be based on domestic jobs.

According to Ruto, the job opportunities will only include skilled and professional people. 

“Those from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) want workers. Next month I will be traveling to Saudi Arabia to sign a deal in which 500,000 workers are needed.” Ruto said. 

President Ruto will now be traveling to Saudi Arabia to sign a deal that will see the 500,000 opportunities open for Kenyans. 

Fulfilling Kenya Kwanza manifesto

The President declared he will continue to be committed to achieving employment creation for young people as per the Kenya Kwanza manifesto.

Ruto also announced that Google and Apple are ready to employ around 300,000 Kenyan youths. 

He said that the government would build Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) hubs in each ward to train youths so they could obtain digital jobs anywhere in the world.

Ruto further revealed that the Affordable Housing Project will also improve young people’s employment prospects.

He also advocated for the development of ICT hubs in each ward so that young people might receive training in the digital space.
