How Bifwoli Wakoli’s Life ‘Turned Around’ After Politics

Former Assistant Minister Bifwoli Wakoli is  well known for his comics during his peak years in the political arena, in Kenya.

Wakoli served in the leadership of Kenya for several years where he was also a member of parliament for Bumula constituency from 2007 to 2013.

However, years down the line, Bifwoli Wakoli lost his bid to be a lawmaker in his home turf.

This forced him to do other things apart from politics.

It’s been about 10 years since Wakoli served a leader in Kenya and he has lived a low key life away from the public.

However, during a past interview, Wakoli Bifwoli revealed that he has been living a simple and humble lifestyle.

He ventured into farming and running a small hotel in his home constituency.

“After losing the election, I just came back home. I decided to come and do my own business.

Now, the politician who is famous for his slang ‘wanasiasa ni mashetani’, runs a small business in his home village.

“I retreated into farming and I also do some small business, like I run a hotel,” Wakoli Bifwoli said during a past interview as quoted by Kenyans.co.ke

Wakoli boasts around 40 acres of mature trees and ‘Engokho’ Kuku farm which supplies for his Hotel, Kanduyi Highway Hotel.
