Following his departure from his previous firm, Musyoka & Wambua Advocates, in 2014, Kalonzo Musyoka officially founded Musyoka Murambi & Associates.

Desiral Company Ltd
Desiral Company Ltd is another company associated with Kalonzo Musyoka. It is widely reported that the company is registered in his name and that of his wife, Pauline Kalonzo.
The company mainly deals in real estate and investments. Operating in various parts of the country, Desiral Company Ltd focuses on managing commercial acquisitions, especially prime residential properties and office spaces in Nairobi.
The Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation
The Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation is another organization on record as having been founded by former Vice President Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka.
It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Kenya. It mainly focuses on community development, poverty alleviation, and the promotion of peace and democracy.
The Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation supports communities by providing education, food relief, and water harvesting initiatives.
