Ingredients
- 50 ml Kenya cane
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge with the sugar to release the mint oils and lime juice, in a sturdy glass
- Add two more lime wedges and muddle again to extract more juice. Do not strain the mixture.
- Add ice into the glass until it’s filled . Then Pour the Kenya cane over the ice.
- Add soda water to fill the glass and stir well.
