How to make the refreshing drink:

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Kenya cane
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge with the sugar to release the mint oils and lime juice, in a sturdy glass 
  2. Add two more lime wedges and muddle again to extract more juice. Do not strain the mixture.
  3. Add ice into the glass until it’s filled . Then Pour the Kenya cane over the ice.
  4. Add soda water to fill the glass and stir well.
  5. Eventually, garnish with the remaining lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
