Grief Hits Mike Sonko’s Family Following the Death of a Loved One

Grief has struck the family of former Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko following the heartbreaking loss of his brother-in-law.

Taking to his social media handles on March 29, Sonko announced the passing of Ken Mutua, the younger brother of his wife, Primrose Mbuvi.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of my brother-in-law, Ken Mutua, the younger brother to my beloved wife, Primrose Mbuvi. Our hearts go out to the entire family during this painful time.” Sonko said.

In the post, Mike Sonko described his brother-in-law, Ken Mutua, as a wonderful and kind-hearted individual who brought life to the family during their time together. The former Governor added that Mutua would be greatly missed by the entire family.

“Ken was a wonderful soul whose kindness and presence truly touched us as a family. He will be greatly missed, but forever remembered in our hearts,” Sonko added

In a somber tribute, Sonko sent condolences to his wife, Primrose, and her family, praying that God grants them the strength to navigate the difficult moment of losing their loved one.

“To my wife Primrose and the entire family, may God grant you strength, comfort, and peace as you go through this difficult moment. May His love surround you and give you courage in the days ahead,” Sonko concluded.

Following Mike Sonko’s announcement on social media, Kenyans joined him in sending condolences to the family, praying that God grants them strength during this mourning period.
