What Happened To Kenyan Musician Czars? Check How He Disappeared Without a Trace
Czars will always be in the hearts of Kenyans as one of the most talented musicians in the country who never lived to fulfill his full potential.
“Amka Ukatike” which is arguably one of the best Czars’ songs is still a favorite of some Kenyans up to date.
When did Czars disappear?
C’zars who was by then one of the most popular musicians in Kenya disappeared during his peak on October 13, 2006.
He never returned to his home after leaving his father’s Mombasa Bamburi home for a walk.
Most lovers of Kenyan music have been raising concerns over his absence and made numerous assumptions about what might have happened to him.
However his whereabouts have never been solved over the past 16 years.
Is Czars alive?
During a past interview, Czar’s father Mr. Makasi was optimistic of his son returning even after many years of disappearance.
“If he comes back, it will be a happy moment. I will let him go on with the life he wants. I will not interfere with his life because he must be a grown-up now. Mine is to pray for him that God will bring him back safe,” his father Makasi said during a past interview.
Mr Makasi also feels that if only Czars was alive now, he would be one of the most successful musicians in Kenya because he was talented.
“Musically, I think he would have been one of the top artists in the world, according to the talent he had. His quality of music would have been very high,” he said.
Has Czars been found?
There have been many speculations that Czars is in Australia where he went to hide but that has not yet been proven.
Just recently, popular media personality John Allan Namu promised to investigate what really happened to Czars who disappeared never to be seen again.
